Private Events

Escape Room BCS can host private events anytime you wish. Private events require a minimum of 10 participants. We have six escape rooms with capacities ranging from 1 to 14 players each. During private events, teams can begin their rooms at the same time to “race” to escape. Larger groups are split into waves so everyone gets to play.

Want to add food, drinks, or a gathering space? Our meeting/party space is available to rent and includes tables, chairs, tablecloths, setup, and cleanup. We have seating for 50 inside and up to 50 outside (weather permitting). Groups may bring their own food and drinks. Meeting space is always available for events scheduled outside normal business hours. Saturday availability is limited for groups with fewer than 50 participants.

Please note: For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, infants and small children are not permitted in escape rooms or meeting spaces. Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for their selected room (age 10+ for Classified and Breakout; age 12+ for all other rooms). Each room must include at least one paid adult (age 18+).
